Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully for your booking of The Event Band.
If you have booked The Event Band for your evening entertainment only our team will be onsite at 8 pm unless an early set up time has been requested and agreed. Our set up takes 1 hour from the time we have access to the event space. The Event Band perform a 2 hour show with a 15 minute interval. The performance cut off time is strictly 12am.
If you have booked The Event Band FULL ENTERTAIMENT PACKAGE our team will need access to the event space 2 hour prior to guests arrival. In this time we will set up The Event Band experience and be ready for your arrival performance.
If you have booked one of our Event Band DJ packages the performance cut off time is strictly 2am.
All deposits are non refundable but in extreme circumstances a credit note will be provided to rebook an alternative date.
In the event of having to move or reschedule your date due to covid19. We are now offering the option to transfer your booking to a new date with no repercussions and your deposit paid will still be valid for this new date. In the event that the act you originally booked is not available for your new date we will supply you with another act from within our agency that is of the same line up and style. In the event of you choosing to completely cancel the band or your wedding date the deposit paid is non refundable.
In the event of illness and a band member is unable to perform at your wedding an adequate replacement will be provided.
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 8 weeks to the date booked half of the remaining balance must be paid.
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 4 weeks to the date booked the full remaining balance must be paid.
After your deposit has been paid you may be required to pay a second instalment 12 weeks prior to the event date. ( This will be made clear in our e mail correspondence .) The remaining balance is then paid directly to the band in cash on the night of your wedding. If you wish to clear the remaining balance prior to the wedding a 23% vat levy will also apply.
The total fee quoted above includes the artist, sound system, lighting, led podiums, staging, led dj booth and all travel expenses. It is agreed and understood that in the event of any dispute, this contract shall be interpreted under and according to the laws of Ireland.
