7 Code of Conduct

This contract must be signed when working for 7 Entertainment. In doing so you are agreeing to the following rules:

All performers must conduct themselves in a professional & friendly manner at all times. This includes all dealings with fellow musicians & event staff.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted at any point when onsite. This includes before, during & after an event you are working at.

All artists must be onsite at the times specified when booked. Sound check and stage performance times may vary. Allow time for traffic and other eventualities so that you can still arrive at the requested time.

Please ensure all equipment you need is checked prior to arrival and is appropriate and in working order for each event.

Please adhere to dress code given for each event.

Entire setlist supplied must be learned / reviewed prior to being onsite.

No private promotional material should be given out at any 7 Entertainment event. All enquiries and correspondence must go through 7 Entertainment for any future bookings.

Due to new GDPR laws all videos and social media posts must be cleared by 7 Entertainment before they can be put online.

Payments: Performance fees may be made up to 4-6 weeks after each event. However we will endeavour to make all payments at the earliest possible date. Please send all invoices to accounts@7entertainment.ie in pdf format.
