Meet The Band
Jennifer Healy
Jennifer has performed on many stages, including with Take That in Croke Park. She’s been a backing vocalist for people like ENYA, Colm Wilkinson, Daniel O Donnell, Red Hurley, Dickie Rock, and Ryan O Shaughnessy (Britains Got Talent). In February 2013 Jennifer gained attention on The Voice of Ireland as a contestant on Kian Egans team. As part of the vocal group “The Celebration Singers” she has sold out shows in The National Concert Hall with The RTE Concert Orchestra. Most recently Jennifer performed backing vocals with Nicky Byrne from Westlife for Irelands entry in this years Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm.
Ciaran Parnell
Ciaran is a professional singer and guitarist that has been entertaining Irish crowds for over a decade. He has performed in top venues all across the country and beyond, having toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe. Also a sought-after songwriter and producer, he operates his own recording studio in Glasnevin, Dublin. He graduated from DCU in 2010 with a degree in Multimedia, focusing on audio production. As well as lead vocals he operates as a musical and technical director for the band, putting together set lists and arrangements that keep the audience dancing all night!
Also Starring…
Poplife also features Sean our talented, cheeky MC who can spit rhymes faster than Macklemore, Jay-Z & House of Pain – while also shredding solos as our Lead Guitarist and Keys Player. Then there’s the incredibly tight rhythm section: Aaron (our groovy bass player who can slap his 5 string like no one else) and Ciaran (the funky, snapback wearing drummer who holds everyone together and keeps us dancing with his creative chops). Together they bring a young & fresh sound that guarantees everyone stays on the dance floor for the entire night!
